Yo! Check Out This Ride! (2004) + My First Concert

OKAY!!! this was originally gonna be just about YCOTR, but I got it at a concert, so I guess I'll tell both stories. Finally It's Over!...Or Starting? It all started when The Aquabats last (and possibly final?) album released, Finally! (2024). The Aquabats tour every year, So why would this one be any different?  When the dates for the Finally tour released, There wasn't one in the state! Now granted, there was one in another one a 3 hour drive away.....But I wasn't fucking driving that far!......Unless it's for They Might Be Giants, I will be driving that far in november. Anyway, I can't drive, had no ride, and no money. so obviously I wasn't getting to that Aquabats show, So I had the great idea of emailing gloopy and begging/complaining!!!!!  Now if you don't know what gloopy is, it's the aquabats merch/management team...I guess. Anyway, I sent them an email, had a good conversation with Jessa (Rest in power) and left it at that. I didn't thin...

All My CD's And How I Got Them: Wiggle Bay (2004) + Hot Potato! The Best Of The Wiggles (2010)

  Okay, Part 2! I'm grouping these two together because, well, they're pretty much the same story. This is how I got Wiggle Bay and Hot Potato: The Best Of The Wiggles! Wiggle Bay popped up on ebay for a pretty decent price, so I thought I'd nab it before anybody else did. I went to purchase it and realized I was fuckin' one cent off. I had never and have never been angrier in my entire life Okay, No wiggle bay? Fine. I'll just get a different one, which is when I got my copy of Hot Potato! It's a library copy so it looks like shit, theres a lyric page ripped out, and theres writing all over the disc, but it doesn't skip! So who cares. A few days buying that, I got some early birthday money (Win!) so I bought wiggle bay! Funnily enough, Wiggle Bay shipped weeks before Hot Potato.  It was a win, but also a loss, but also a win! So I rate these purchases a Hip Hop Hooray out of a Gee C'mon.

Every CD I Own, (And How I Got Them), Part 1!

  Okay, new series on the blog! This is the story of how i've gotten every CD I own, Which isn't many, but still cool! Yo Gabba Gabba! (Self Titled) I got this CD on ebay a long ass time ago. I think it was my first ebay purchase, actually. My good pal abe (who i'm certain is the only one reading this, hi abe!) sent me the link to this, and I had a little money to spend, so I bought it! It took about 2 weeks to arrive, and the jewel case came broken (lame!)  So after getting pissed off: I actually inspected the CD. and wouldn't you know it, There is what I can only assume to be a dried PISS stain on DJ Lance Rocks foot. The disc was in perfect condition though, And that's really what matters.  I rate this purchase a Not Fun out of a Go Fuck Yourself.

Vintage Stock SUCKS!

 Well, my birthday passed. It was pretty good! I went to vintage stock, and vintage stock fucking sucks. Now if you've never been, It's (for lack of a better word) A Nerd Store. They got fuckin Funko Pops and shit, EVERY Alvin And The Chipmunks DS game (for some reason) But what they didn't have was fuckin anything I wanted! I walked in and immediately found the DVD shelves, I searched every shelf and found absolutely nothing. I was about to give up until i found a regular show DVD, Pretty cool! Now usually, I wouldn't check the CD rack. There's never anything good there, but I was on a HUNT for Wiggles stuff, and if they didn't have DVD's, Maybe they'd have CD's! So I get there and I start lookin', At first I found fuck all, BUT THEN i found The Kids Section! It was all Kidz Bop and shit like that, But I found 2 wiggles CD's! One of which being Rock n Roll Preschool, As you can see, I didn't grab that one. Fuckin hate that album. Anyway,...
